Dear Sir,

I am interested in connecting Carrot Rewards to our SIMS database. I understand that your are a SIMS accresited Technical Partner, but could you give me details on how we link the two systems together, what data is passed between the system and any other relevant information.

Many thanks,

Kevin Young

Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your enquiry. The integration is very simple to implement.
The two systems are linked via the SIMS Admission Number. The first step is to ensure this is included for all pupils in your Carrot account.
Once this in place simply install the integration disk on your SIMS server, which sets up an automated daily report that passes all your Carrot Rewards data to the SIMS Behaviour module overnight.
I have emailed you a full step by step by guide to help you get going.
Many thanks,
Neil
